New spray gun Xcite+ from Sames

Sames Airmix technology gets a fresh design: The manufacturer renews its flagship from the Sames Kremlin product range: The new spray gun Xcite+ is up to 25 percent lighter, equipped with new features and particularly comfortable to handle.
Energy savings, higher transfer rates, improved comfort, excellent atomization quality: The Xcite+ spray gun reproduces all the necessary features that are important for surface coating in the wood, metal and general industries. It seamlessly follows on from its successful predecessor version Xcite from 2009. In doing so, Sames has placed a particular focus on ease of use and has been able to reduce the light version of the spray gun to a weight of 437g (compared to 579g for the standard version). Included in the range is a wide selection of highly flexible hose whips that connect directly to the gun, allowing convenient coating on metal structures or interior parts of furniture.
Both the Xcite+ and Xcite+ Light are equipped with several new features. The deflector and diffuser are particularly noteworthy: together they swirl the material, pre-atomize the paint and produce a very fine spray pattern. Tests in the test laboratory have shown excellent results in terms of transfer rate. Furthermore, the air pressure - depending on the material used - can be reduced from 0.1 to 1 bar, thus saving energy, material and cleaning effort. In addition to the performance of the spray gun, the focus of further development was on ease of operation. For example, Sames has modified the trigger lever to avoid pinching the fingers. In addition, the swivel joint has been reinforced and now exhibits a very high level of robustness. The material inlet on the Xcite+ Light is compatible with all conventional hose connections. All seven versions of the new spray gun have been tested and validated by various partners in ten countries. Like its predecessor, the Xcite+ offers the advantages of Airmix atomization: the high productivity of paint application is complemented by high-quality atomization. Airmix is a registered trademark of Sames.
