A robust design, quiet operation, and easy maintenance: these points distinguish the new Prima 01D100 diaphragm pump from Sames. It is particularly suitable for compact paint supply units where economical and robust low-pressure feed pumps are required.

One of the main advantages of the new pump from Sames is the stable delivery of the material and the associated pulsation-free spray jet. This is ensured by the REGPro 2in1, which not only regulates but also filters the material. The application quality is guaranteed regardless of the inlet pressure and remains constant at both low (below 100 cm3/min) and high flow rates. In addition, the air distribution and the piston position of the motor have been redesigned to stabilize the reversing process. Manufactured in France, the Prima 01D100 is designed for high durability: high-quality components, precise assembly and extensive testing in the automated test station ensure high quality. In addition, it impresses with very quiet operation that does not exceed 69 decibels.

The Prima 01D100 is very stable thanks to its feet. It has an inlet and outlet that can be positioned at 90°, so it fits into any production environment. The pump can be flushed easily and with little solvent: the internal passages are optimized to be free of dead zones in terms of flow. Maintenance is also simple: a single tool is used to remove the diaphragm, the air diffuser and the flange. The Prima 01D100 is able to convey all paint systems (water and solvent-based paints, abrasive enamel systems, electrostatic applications, etc.). It is compatible with all airspray spray guns. Sames offers the new Prima 01D100 diaphragm pump in a variety of configurations: Spray packs can be assembled with equipment and accessories in the desired configuration.
