Sames Kremlin shows color-saving technology for color change at Paintexpo
At Paintexpo, Sames Kremlin will be presenting PaintSave, an innovative push-out technology for saving paint between the color change block and the high-speed rotary atomizer, at its booth. It can save up to 50 percent paint.
PaintSave from Sames Kremlin is an innovative push-out technology for saving paint between the color change block and the high-rotation atomizer. Compared to classic color change systems in the robot's process arm, PaintSave adds only two additional components: a starting and a receiving station. An integrated magnet pushes the shuttle into the flow between solvent and paint, cleaning the hose without wearing it out. PaintSave offers the most efficient color change on the PPH 707 EXT and UPside CCV atomizer, according to the manufacturer: only 18 cc of color change loss with only 10 seconds of color change time. Overall, the system is capable of saving up to 50 percent paint.
PaintSave is part of a range of sustainable and innovative technologies currently being developed by Sames Kremlin. A new generation of high-speed rotary atomizers (Nanobell 8 Series) promises significant paint savings with maximum application efficiency and excellent coating quality. Sames Kremlin will be exhibiting at Paintexpo on Stand 2516 in Hall 2.
