Gema presents the new OptiSpray All-in-One application pump, which combines advanced powder loading technology with the second generation of SIT dense phase powder delivery technology in one compact device. OptiSpray All-in-One has been developed for users who want high performance and consistent coating results.
OptiSpray All-in-One from Gema Switzerland is the first device of its kind in the powder coating industry to integrate electrostatics and powder delivery using pump technology, enabling perfect interaction between pneumatic and electrostatic functions. According to the manufacturer, this unique integration ensures the fastest reaction times when feeding powder from the powder container to the gun, delay-free control of the powder cloud and maximum application efficiency. The device features Gema's proven Smart Inline Technology (SIT), PowerBoost technology and Precise Charge Control (PCC), which ensures precise powder flow even at higher production rates and faster feed speeds. The optimized and patented design features quick-release connections for powder, air and control and tool-free replacement of wear parts, simplifying installation and maintenance and minimizing production downtime.
OptiSpray All-in-One has preventive maintenance functions supported by integrated sensors and software algorithms, thus increasing the availability and productivity of the system. Additional sensors in the control system detect the current status of the pump and provide timely information and warnings to facilitate proactive maintenance measures and give the user better control over the condition of the system. OptiSpray All-in-One can be integrated into the new Gema OptiCenter All-in-One powder centers OC10 and OC11 in a very space-saving manner and, in combination with the OptiCenter, achieves its full potential in terms of color flexibility, coating quality and line efficiency.
