High-pressure painting made easy: New SATAjet K 1800 Spray Mix paint spray gun
From 2022, Sata will be adding an innovative new product in the field of ultra-high pressure application to its range of paint spray guns with the new SATAjet K 1800 Spray Mix model. With the "Spray Mix Technology", the material is applied using the ultra-high pressure process.
The "Spray Mix Technology" used in the SATAjet K 1800 Spray Mix model creates a homogeneous material application for highest surface quality. Compressed air is supplied to the preformed airless spray jet generated by the technology via the air nozzle to shape the spray jet and create a uniform droplet distribution. The model is also a lightweight in this gun class with a balanced center of gravity. It combines an ergonomically optimized design with a balanced nozzle range and with the innovative ClampLock paint needle system: According to the manufacturer, the ergonomic design in combination with the low trigger force of only 24 Nm allows for more fatigue-free work, even during longer painting sessions.
Due to its low weight, the SATAjet K 1800 Spray Mix is ideal for continuous and time-intensive coating processes. The two-piece Sata ClampLock paint needle enables simplified maintenance. The new model is therefore an excellent tool for numerous tasks in various industries - from wood and automotive to machine, steel, ship and container construction. The new Sata Spray Mix paint spray gun is well suited for operating conditions in application areas of craft and industrial application, such as the coating of large surfaces or diverse components.
