At GrindingHub 2026 in Stuttgart, Lach Diamant will be presenting its entire "Made in Germany" manufacturing program, including the "Contour-profiled" grinding wheels, dressing and profiling tools as well as the latest machine portfolio.

The grinding tool specialist Lach Diamant is exhibiting at Grindinghub 2026 in Stuttgart and will be presenting its diamond- and CBN-based "Contour-profiled" profile grinding wheels in Hall 7, Stand C56, among other things. The focus will be on a new type of metal bond that enables profile grinding in deep grinding for the first time in series production. Carbide, hardened steels and ceramics can be processed, as well as unhardened steels in a special specification. Profile depths of up to 15 mm at full infeed without loss of tool life significantly extend the process limits.

The technology allows contour grooving from solid material with high repeat accuracy and reduced effort, as dressing is not required and the wheels can be used over many workpieces without re-profiling. Practical applications show significantly shorter machining times and reduced process costs. In addition, resharpenable solutions with suitable sharpening machines will be presented, which enable precise profile corrections and further increase cost-effectiveness. In addition to the profile grinding wheels, the company will be showcasing its entire portfolio of dressing and profiling tools as well as machine technology.
