Kullen-Koti at Blechexpo 2025: Wide range of brushing systems

Kullen-Koti will be providing an insight into its current portfolio at Blechexpo 2025. The focus will be on tool brushes for deburring and finishing metallic surfaces as well as various brush types for use in fully automated sheet metal processing.
Which tool brushes are best suited for deburring metallic components or for use in fully automated machining centers? Which brush systems are considered the ideal solution for the optical or functional surface finishing of tailored blanks? And which brushes can be used for transporting and fixing metal sheets during processing? Visitors to this year's Blechexpo will find answers to all these questions at Kullen-Koti's stand 3602 in Hall 3, where the company will be exhibiting circular and cup brushes equipped with various fill materials for deburring and derusting, twisted brushes for the internal processing of bores, roller brushes for targeted or large-area surface finishing and disc and duplex disc brushes for robot-assisted edge rounding. The company will also be using its brush plates to demonstrate how sensitive metal sheets can be moved gently and without scratches during processing in laser or punching systems.
Brush rates and surface processing of surfaces
One of Kullen-Koti's topics at Blechexpo is brush deburring as one of the most flexible methods of mechanical deburring technology. At the trade fair, the specialists from Kullen-Koti will explicitly point out that the user can have a major influence on the desired deburring result through the choice of fill. Another central Blechexpo topic for Kullen-Koti is surface processing. The company will be exhibiting a selection of its spiral roller, disk and round brushes, which can be used to brush, grind and deburr the surfaces of sheet metal with high precision in automated throughfeed systems. Kullen-Koti's spiral roller brushes are among the standard solutions for finishing the surfaces of steel, stainless steel, light and non-ferrous metal sheets. They are available in different versions with full fill, spiral and single or double belts, work at high speeds in some cases and can be flexibly adapted to the application. Kullen-Koti's trade fair highlights are once again likely to include the company's disc brushes, which can be designed in different ways. Here, too, it is primarily the fill material, bristle diameter and fill density that have a major influence on the result. At the trade fair, Kullen-Koti will also be providing information on why the disk brushes are an ideal solution for use in robot islands or other fully automated systems.
