Techtextil: Kullen-Koti shows brush solutions for textile high-tech products

At its stand at this year's Techtextil (Hall 12.0, Stand C18), Kullen-Koti will be exhibiting, for example, needlefelt brushes used in the manufacture of sophisticated velour and needlefelt products. Also included in the exhibition program are special brushes that handle the rapid opening and closing of needle latches in high-speed knitting machines. The company will also present various representatives from its wide range of roller brushes. They are used on a large scale for uniform flocking of textile surfaces or for combing out textiles before the shearing process.

Rotating roller brushes are also a much sought-after surface finishing tool for roughening and brushing Alcantara surfaces. Another focus of the trade show will be those brush systems from Kullen-Koti that many manufacturers are currently using for fashion- and trend-specific processing and refinement of textiles. The focus here will be on flat and toothed belt brushes, for example, which are used to clean sheared surfaces. Or Anderlon abrasive brushes, which give classic blue jeans a rustic vintage design. For many decades, the company has been supplying both manufacturers and machine builders in the textile industry with individually tailored brush solutions for production, finishing and surface treatment.
