The presentation of the FiT2clean Award is a highlight of the “Industrial Component Cleaning” conference organized by the Professional Association for Industrial Parts Cleaning (FiT) on June 25 and 26, 2026. The jury has now selected the three finalists.

Since 2022, the trade association has been presenting the FiT2clean Award to recognize outstanding achievements and solutions addressing current challenges in industrial parts cleaning. This year, Dastex Group GmbH, Ecoclean GmbH, Elma Schmidtbauer GmbH, Noyen Sp.z.o.o., Sita Messtechnik GmbH, SLCR Lasertechnik GmbH, and Toolcraft AG competed for the coveted innovation award with their forward-looking developments. The consistently high level of innovation and quality of the submissions made it a challenging task for the jury—composed of experts from academia, research, industry, and the media—to select the three finalists according to the defined criteria. But now the finalists have been chosen. The solutions from Elma, Sita, and SLCR are competing for the FiT2clean Award 2026.

For the FiT2clean Award 2026, conference participants will decide

The decision on who will receive the FiT2clean Award 2026 will be made during the 34th Symposium on “Industrial Component Cleaning” on June 25, 2026, at the Neckarforum in Esslingen. To this end, the finalists will present their solutions to conference participants. The participants will then have the opportunity to evaluate the innovations presented and to supplement or even alter the jury’s decision regarding the winner. The FiT2clean Award, which comes with a prize of 10,000 euros and one year of free membership in the trade association, will then be presented by Dr. Michael Flämmich, Chairman of the FIT Board of Directors. Registration for the Industrial Component Cleaning Conference remains open until June 24. In addition to the awards ceremony, participants can expect a diverse program featuring presentations on topics such as the parts cleaning process chain, media quality and process water treatment, innovations, measurement, testing, and control, as well as best-practice applications. An accompanying exhibition rounds out the program. The symposium thus offers numerous insights for the future-oriented adaptation and optimization of cleaning processes.
