Adphos technology for textile coating
At Techtextil 2024 in Frankfurt, Adphos will be providing information about new solutions in the field of textile coatings, such as drying and fixing coatings, at the joint Bayern Innovativ stand.
The Adphos Group, based in Bruckmühl, Upper Bavaria, plays a leading role in the field of industrial thermal processes with its patented aNIR and aLITE platform technologies. The electrothermal Adphos technologies enable drying and fixing of coatings, printing, dyeing and impregnation processes in a matter of seconds, especially on temperature-sensitive materials such as textiles and nonwovens. At Techtextil (23.04. - 26.04.2024), Adphos will provide information about the new application-optimized and customer-specific solutions in the field of textile coatings and printing of smart textiles at the joint stand of Bayern Innovativ (Hall 12.1/Stand C65). Adphos will also be providing information on functional thermal processes for the application of multilayer electronic structures on and in textile materials.
The aNIR and aLITE processes enable the drying without distortion of water-based printing inks, inks and pigment or disperse color systems, particularly at low temperatures and at greatly increased production speeds. Product quality is significantly improved, especially with environmentally friendly, water-based applications. The energy requirement can be reduced by more than 80 percent in some cases, resulting in considerable cost savings. In addition, these electrothermal solutions from Adphos are completely CO2 emission-free.
