Adphos moves into new and expanded technical center
Adphos has moved into the completely modernized technical centre at its headquarters in Bruckmühl. In the spacious premises, Adphos experts and their customers now have access to an advanced pilot plant for testing and training purposes.
Additional aNIR equipment enables a wide range of applications to be simulated in the new and expanded Adphos application technology center. Thanks to this versatile equipment, almost all thermal drying, heating, sintering or curing scenarios can be simulated and improved. The possible applications range from thin-layer drying processes to thick-layer films. The latter are particularly important in battery production. Low-viscosity fluids, slurries, powder coatings, aqueous and solvent-based applications can also be tested in operationally relevant drying tests.
Adphos has been successful in thermal process optimization for decades. With the renewal of the company's own technical center, it is now possible to respond even more efficiently to customer requests and their requirements in an application-focused manner. The pilot plant is modular and customized to the respective temperature-controlled processes. Accurate inline measurements can significantly advance the development of further applications even before industrial implementation. Adphos also has a wide range of rental equipment and demonstration systems that can be used by customers for on-site tests.
