Adler opens new German base in Giessen

The leading Austrian paint manufacturer Adler is opening a new service center in Germany in Giessen, Hesse. This will bring the company even closer to its customers in central Germany.
Customer proximity is important for the paint manufacturer Adler. Production, research & development and administration are all located at the headquarters in Schwaz, Austria. But in all other areas, Adler cannot be close enough to its customers - especially when it comes to advice, training and technical service. With a new base in Giessen, Hesse, Adler is strengthening its sales network in Germany and offering its customers from the woodworking industry and paint trade in central Germany a modern, central point of contact.
Conveniently located on the outskirts of Giessen, the base covers the entire range of services and fulfills all customer requirements: orders are reliably processed by the team led by base manager Frank Schweitzer. Generous storage space enables rapid delivery - even for special colors, which are tinted in the base's modern machinery. Sample surfaces can be created in a small application technology department - an important service not only for customers, but also for Adler's field service team in the region. Adler customer advisors are also regularly on site for demonstrations and training sessions, for which a modern seminar area has been set up on the second floor of the service center. "The first training dates have already been set, and in future we will also be offering the popular Adler Academy seminars here," says Frank Schweitzer. For Bernd Pichler, Adler Managing Director Sales and Managing Director of Adler Germany, the new base is an important building block in the paint manufacturer's long-term sales structure: "Customer service is one of Adler's great strengths. We are personally available to our customers, provide competent advice and ensure a quick solution for every request. With the new base in Giessen, we can further improve this proven service for our customers in central Germany."
