From digital pre-planning to service during system operation, prescribed recurring inspections and professional training of system personnel - all customers with professional service requirements are supported according to the size of their system and their needs. The service contracts are particularly noteworthy. Depending on requirements, there is a flexible choice of three levels. Response times and capacity are contractually guaranteed to the customer, including production support and additional services such as inspection. Thanks to the contractual arrangement, the customer also benefits from reliable cost control. Structurally, an additional service base has been set up for the north, as well as a 24/7 ticket system. Through various partnerships, Asis is also authorized to service products such as certain grinding and polishing tools and the associated software.
