Asis: Reorganization of the management
Asis is setting the course for achieving further strategic goals by reorganizing its management team. To this end, the automation technology expert is strengthening its organizational structure and will be relying on a management trio in future: Maximilian Heger and Alexander Schmunk are joining Hans-Jürgen Multhammer on the management board.
Hans-Jürgen Multhammer, the CEO, founder and owner, will remain at the helm of Asis and will now act as Chairman of the Management Board and be increasingly involved in the company's operations. Maximilian Heger was appointed Managing Director (CFO) in February 2023 in order to spread the tasks of management across several shoulders. His responsibilities cover the entire commercial area, finance, HR management and IT. With his extensive experience and expertise, he will play a key role in the further development of the company.
Alexander Schmunk, previously Head of Sales, was also appointed Managing Director (CSO) at the end of 2023. In this position, he is responsible for the areas of sales, marketing, service and development and is in charge of Asis GmbH's strategic and development goals as well as key technological projects. The reorganization of the management is an integral part of the long-term corporate strategy to consolidate Asis GmbH's position as an innovation leader in the industry. The newly formed management team has already been working closely together for some time to pursue the company's goals and shape a successful future.
