Asis at the PaintExpo 2024
At PaintExpo 2024, Asis will be presenting itself as an expert in automated surface technology with a sharpened range of services, technology cooperations with partner companies, a new service portfolio and sustainable product innovations.
This year, Asis is heading to PaintExpo 2024 in Karlsruhe (stand 1418), the world's leading trade fair for industrial coating, with an all-round service package. Asis is known as an expert in automated surface technology and handles a wide range of tasks from coating and quality assurance to surface treatment, such as sanding or automatic finishing. Alongside this, the company's expertise in the virtual factory, with simulation and virtual commissioning, has been further expanded. This allows a wide range of processes to be automated for which there was previously no off-the-shelf solution. In addition, the new service portfolio will be presented at the trade fair, which covers all phases of the system's life after commissioning. Many customers appreciate the direct service contact with the manufacturer. At the heart of the new full-service concept is a service catalog that provides an overview of the range of services. From simple technical support to system maintenance, Profinet or light barrier measurements through to the three-stage service model, all customers with professional maintenance requirements are catered for, depending on the size of the system. Structurally, an additional service base has been set up for the north, as well as a 24/7 ticket system.
In addition to personal contact, a trade fair thrives on people being able to hold products in their hands and experience their quality for themselves. Asis goes one step further and invites trade fair visitors to test the Asis principles of modularity, sustainability and good maintainability for themselves. The "workshop" offers an unusual opportunity for interaction that not only conveys a practical understanding of the technologies, but also promotes intensive technical dialog between visitors and the application experts from Asis. Skills in handling Allen keys and ratchets are also required here. Customer requirements are becoming ever more extensive and demand in-depth expertise in various disciplines. Asis therefore maintains several cooperations with partner companies. Their products were included in the range and also presented at PaintExpo. The resulting synergy effects are very valuable for the development of innovative robot cells. The company therefore emphasizes its openness to cooperative partnerships and uses PaintExpo as a suitable platform for getting to know each other. By collaborating with other system manufacturers, Asis is expanding its range of services in order to be able to offer its customers even more diverse solutions.
