Silberhorn Maschinenbau will be presenting itself at Parts2clean 2025 with state-of-the-art cleaning technology, practical special solutions and a whole range of forward-looking concepts - for example for sustainability, automation, (high-pressure) deburring and high-purity applications.

Silberhorn's broad machine portfolio ranges from compact cleaning units to customized special systems for complex requirements - the chamber cleaning system MWS 6 and the small mobile cleaning unit TWS will be live at Parts2clean 2025. As a new product, the Silberhorn MWS 6 will be presented to a wide audience for the first time at the trade fair. It is the big sister of the popular MWS 4 - even more powerful, even bigger, even more flexible. The chamber cleaning system is equipped with an innovative 8-fold swivel register, which enables the highest cleaning quality with reduced use of resources. It offers a high loading weight and plenty of volume - ideal for companies with a high parts throughput or increasing requirements. Around 40 options ensure that the system can be perfectly adapted to individual requirements. And it can be delivered quickly, arrives at the customer already installed and is therefore quickly put into operation. Silberhorn also offers the TWS, a compact solution for the automatic cleaning of tools directly in production. It reliably removes cooling lubricants, oils, greases and chips - without any manual intermediate steps. The TWS increases efficiency and creates valuable free space for skilled personnel. Silberhorn has been developing customized special systems for decades - from rotary tables to robot cells. A highlight at Partsclean in Stuttgart will be a presentation on a project recently realized together with Stäubli Fluid Connectors, in which a robot grips the cleaning tools rather than the component - a new approach to automated cleaning. There will also be many other presentations by Silberhorn at Parts2clean 2025.

Silberhorn partner DST-Chemical at the Parts2clean

DST-Chemicals will not be represented at its own stand in 2025, but can be found at Silberhorn (Hall 10, D20). As a strong chemical partner, DST works together with Silberhorn in a good partnership. Contact persons from DST-Chemicals will be available on site for questions, discussions and new ideas. In addition to machines, Silberhorn also offers cleaning as a service - e.g. for bridging, for small quantities or for safeguarding with residual dirt analyses in the in-house laboratory. Special solutions are needed for special requirements. The Silberhorn team will also be happy to answer visitors' questions about these "tricky cases" at Parts2Clean. "In certain cases, conventional processes don't work," says Silberhorn Sales Manager Dieter Abler, "this is where our expertise is needed to find the perfect combination of mechanics, water and chemicals for the component in question. We are already looking forward to the tasks we will be given during the trade fair."
