Silberhorn TWS: Compact cleaning system for tools
Silberhorn TWS is a new compact cleaning unit that has been specially developed for the fully automatic cleaning and drying of tools on machining centers or lathes. It makes manual cleaning processes superfluous and gives skilled workers time for value-adding activities.
The new TWS from Silberhorn removes cooling lubricants, oils, grease, chips and other contaminants completely and without manual intervention - an indispensable benefit for companies that want to optimize their processes. Silberhorn offers various product carriers for the tools of machining centers - for example with SK 32 or SK 63 cone holders. Alternatively, users can clean many other components in a compact basket. It is even possible to remove rust from screws. This makes the TWS a fast and highly flexible helper in any workshop. With a footprint of just 0.76 m², the TWS saves space and can be conveniently positioned next to any CNC machine. The system can also be moved effortlessly, allowing it to adapt flexibly to changing requirements. The construction is of high quality - all parts in contact with the machine are made of stainless steel, which supports the durability of the system. The robust lid with gas pressure spring simplifies operation.
Cleaning unit for powerful cleaning and drying
Silberhorn TWS enables high-performance cleaning and drying, as the cleaning system uses powerful spray cleaning. For this purpose, the cleaning chamber contains a swivel register with high-quality flat jet nozzles. The movements of the register and the high kinetic energy of the nozzles ensure that the TWS effortlessly meets all standard requirements for cleaning less complex component geometries. The liquid for cleaning comes from an integrated 150-liter tank. Cleaning is followed by compressed air impulse drying. This ensures that the components are dry and ready for immediate use. The cleaning unit is also user-friendly and reliable: The intuitively understandable operation and simple maintenance of the Silberhorn TWS make it possible to integrate the unit into everyday working life without much effort.
