At this year's GrindingHub 2024, Silberhorn Maschinenbau will be demonstrating how industrial parts cleaning can be integrated into production in a highly efficient, effective and economical way with the MWS 4135. The Multi Washing System is perfect for the requirements of modern grinding technology.

Until now, installing an aqueous-based system for industrial parts cleaning has usually been associated with a great deal of effort and high investment costs. At this year's Grinding Hub, the parts cleaning experts from Silberhorn Maschinenbau GmbH will be demonstrating that there is another way. The Bavarian company will be attending the young trade fair for grinding technology with the Silberhorn MWS 4135. The special feature of the new Multi Washing System (MWS) is that the innovative single-chamber cleaning system is manufactured in series in a highly efficient manner, can be delivered within a few weeks and arrives at the customer fully assembled - in line with the motto "Plug & Clean". What's more, the Silberhorn MWS is so compact that it easily fits into an overseas container. This saves transportation costs and ensures fast and therefore cost-effective commissioning. The modular design of the Silberhorn MWS is also exceptional. The cleaning system is available as a 1-, 2- or 3-tank system and can be perfectly adapted to individual cleaning requirements thanks to numerous options.

A parts cleaning system that has been thought through from A to Z and easily fits into an overseas container? At GrindingHub 2024, Silberhorn is turning the container idea into a program. The parts cleaning experts are using an overseas container as their exhibition stand. There is not only space inside for a Silberhorn MWS ready for demonstration, but also a small trade fair bar with coffee, drinks and an inviting atmosphere for expert discussions. How can parts manufacturers bridge the short time until the Silberhorn MWS is commissioned or cushion capacity bottlenecks in their own parts cleaning operations? The best way is to work together with Silberhorn's contract cleaning specialists. Because they accept parts directly by truck and clean them professionally at the Lupburg site in the Bavarian Upper Palatinate. Many high-performance parts cleaning systems are available for this purpose. On request, the team manages the logistics from parts acceptance to return to the customer's production line. Silberhorn will be exhibiting at GrindingHub in Stuttgart (May 14 to 17, 2024) in Hall 10, Stand D40.
