Silberhorn sells trade fair cleaning system directly at Parts2clean
For the equipment manufacturer Silberhorn, an extremely successful Parts2clean 2023 comes to an end: The exhibited chamber cleaning system MWS was sold by a new customer on the very first day of the trade show.
On the very morning of the first day of Parts2clean 2023, the company Acktar from Israel spontaneously decides to purchase the Silberhorn MWS trade show machine. "To sell a machine so quickly to a company that you didn't even know before, that's quite a rarity in our industry," says Silberhorn CEO Wolfgang Prem enthusiastically. "After all, this is ultimately high praise - the customer obviously appreciates the quality and make of our machine as well as the work of our team - and that pleases and honors us greatly." "One of the things I found compelling," reports Dina Katsir, CTO at Acktar, "was the fourth tank for final rinsing with deionized water. This buffer tank, which is specifically included in the EMC package, is not too large, so the wastewater volume and disposal are also comparatively manageable. If you use the buffer tank for intermediate rinsing, carryover is reduced to a minimum."
At Silberhorn's Parts2clean booth, the cleaning system was an eye-catcher. The compact size of the Silberhorn MWS of about 7 m² maximum - which means it still fits easily into an overseas container - was the inspiration for the booth design. Silberhorn presented the MWS in a container. This attracted the attention of the trade visitors and received much praise. In addition to the Silberhorn system, which was ready for demonstration, there was sufficient space inside for the trade fair counter. The MWS single-chamber cleaning system meets high to very high standards of parts cleanliness, is mass-produced highly efficiently, is usually available within a few weeks and is delivered almost completely assembled - "Plug & Clean" is the motto, which saves time and money. The modular design of the Silberhorn MWS is also exceptional. The innovative cleaning system is available as a 1-, 2- or 3-tank system and can be perfectly adapted to individual cleaning requirements thanks to numerous options.
