Silberhorn at DST with presentation on sustainable parts cleaning

For the first time, Silberhorn will be exhibiting at the DST - Dreh- und Spantage Südwest - trade fair in Villingen-Schwenningen. In April 2025, visitors to Hall C, Stand 138, will learn everything there is to know about aqueous-based industrial parts cleaning.
Silberhorn will be presenting its cleaning solutions for industrial parts cleaning at the DST trade fair from April 9 to 11, 2025 from 9 am to 5 pm. "We offer solutions from S to XXL", says Sales Manager Dieter Abler. "We even have two of our S models at the trade fair: the Mulitjet LC and the Silberhorn TWS". Not every cleaning task requires maximum cleanliness and complex processes. Often it is just a matter of simple preliminary or intermediate cleaning. This is a case for the Multijet LC - a machine that concentrates on the essentials. It does not break even small budgets and requires little space. It cleans with one chamber and one tank, has an integrated drip tray, can spray and flood clean and dry with hot air. It is controlled via a Siemens touch panel. 11 options can be selected, including ultrasonic cleaning. The Silberhorn TWS is a compact cleaning unit that has been specially developed for the fully automatic cleaning and drying of tools on machining centers or lathes. This solution makes manual cleaning processes superfluous and gives skilled workers time for value-adding activities. The TWS removes cooling lubricants, oils, greases, chips and other contaminants completely and without manual intervention - an indispensable benefit for companies that want to optimize their processes.
Series machines and special systems from Silberhorn
At the Silberhorn stand at DST, you can also find out all about the popular MWS 4 and MWS 6 series machines. "They are particularly suitable for companies that want to clean their turned and milled parts to perfection," says Dieter Abler. "So a visit to our stand is definitely worthwhile." Silberhorn also offers a wide range of individual special systems, including throughfeed systems, robot cells, rotary table systems and immersion systems. "With our product portfolio, we can fulfill almost any customer request," says Abler. "35 years of experience help us to quickly and accurately assess the parts to be cleaned and develop appropriate concepts for the respective application."
Lecture on sustainable parts cleaning
On Thursday, April 10, 2025, from 14:00 to 14:45, Bernd Lorscheider, Area Sales Manager at Silberhorn, will give a keynote speech on the topic of "Saving resources and money when cleaning parts: This is how sustainable Silberhorn MWS is". Guests will learn more about the Silberhorn MWS chamber cleaning system. Bernd Lorscheider explains the compact systems, their energy-saving technologies, how to use cleaning fluids efficiently and how to minimize unproductive downtimes. There will then be time for questions. Silberhorn also offers contract cleaning of components. This is ideal for anyone who needs to compensate for production peaks, whose component quantities are too small for their own system or who wants to bridge a machine changeover. Residual dirt testing in our own laboratory is also possible. You can request a free DST ticket from the Silberhorn team at vertrieb@maschinenbau-silberhorn.de.
