Coatmaster will present the latest update of the Coatmaster Flex at PaintExpo 2024 - a greatly improved instrument in the field of non-contact coating thickness measurement. This update marks another milestone in Coatmaster's continuous efforts to provide its customers with the most advanced technologies. One new feature is the accelerated measurement speed: recent improvements to the cloud infrastructure enable the Coatmaster Flex to perform measurements at breathtaking speed. The time between two measurements has been drastically reduced. This is a significant advantage, especially in situations where it is important to capture multiple measurement points in a short space of time. In fact, more than 10 measurements can now be completed in less than 20 seconds - a speed that the manufacturer claims is unprecedented in the industry.
Improved measuring range and accuracy: The Coatmaster Flex has significantly improved its precision in both the upper and lower coating thickness ranges. Whether it is coatings above 300 µm or below 10 µm, users can rely on accuracies of up to 250 percent increase. What makes this update so special is its seamless integration.
