Faster coating thickness measurement with Coatmaster software update

According to the manufacturer, Coatmaster's software update speeds up the measurement process of its handheld device for non-contact coating thickness measurement by a factor of three compared to its predecessor, so that measurements on moving powder-coated parts can be performed almost every second. This significantly reduces the time employees spend on measurements. At the same time, the repeatability of measurements has been improved once again. When measurements are taken at the same point, the statistical variation is now less than one percent.

Particularly frequently used applications can now be made favorites, which greatly simplifies the operation of the measuring device from the Swiss manufacturer. In addition, the order of the applications can be individually adjusted via the browser interface. This creates clarity in the case of many applications that have been created. New applications can now be created particularly easily with a quick calibration with no more than three clicks. In addition, a large number of improvements and enhancements have been incorporated into the software, making daily work with Coatmaster Flex even more pleasant.
