Vapic at Tube 2026 - Cleaning solutions for the tube industry

Vapic will be presenting its range of services for the first time at Tube in Düsseldorf from April 3 to 17 (Hall 6, Stand 6H16). The cleaning specialist offers practical and proven solutions for companies in the tube and tube processing industry and their strict cleanliness requirements.
Companies in the tube and tube processing industry are confronted daily with a variety of challenges resulting from strict cleanliness requirements, high time pressure, stubborn contamination and changing tube cross-sections. Vapic offers practical and proven solutions to reliably meet these requirements and will be presenting them as an exhibitor at the Tube trade fair. Based on its wide-ranging portfolio, Vapic provides its customers with comprehensive advice and develops individual concepts for their specific requirements in industrial parts cleaning. The range includes both aqueous cleaning systems and solvent-based systems as well as cleaning media specially developed by Vapic. In May 2025, Vapic succeeded in expanding its range to include aqueous, compact cleaning machines by acquiring the Bous brand, thereby expanding the range of applications in a targeted manner, particularly in the area of effective cleaning of pipes and hoses. In this area, the Dutch machine manufacturer Bewo CS has been relying on proven Bous technology for some time.
Bous brand cleaning technology for steel pipes
Bewo CS is a renowned company on the market that specializes in automatic sawing systems. The systems not only cut steel tubes with different diameters and wall thicknesses, but can also deburr, bend, measure, wash and pack them. This consistent integration of several processing steps, including tube cleaning, is a characteristic feature of the systems. For cleaning, Bewo CS has been using the cleaning technology of the Bous brand for around 15 years, which is now being continued under the Vapic brand. Thanks to their compact design and reliable aqueous parts cleaning, including drying, the systems enable seamless integration. The sawn pipe sections are then cleaned of chips and oils under high pressure in the cleaning unit within the line, treated with corrosion protection and then safely dried - this is important for subsequent processes such as powder coating, welding, bending or painting. Further advantages of cleaning with this technology are: robust, low-maintenance construction, design for continuous operation, reliable cleaning and drying of up to 2,500 pipes per hour. In addition, the units can handle components with different lengths, diameters or weights with ease. "We are delighted to be able to present this wide range of products to the Tube public for the first time. We are looking forward to many encounters with intensive discussions in which we can jointly find the best solution for the respective cleaning requirements - individually, efficiently and reliably," says Samuel Wolf, Managing Director of Vapic.
