Vapic takes over Sporer Parts Cleaning Solutions GmbH

Vapic acquired Sporer Parts Cleaning Solutions (PCS) GmbH from Saxony on January 1, 2026. With this acquisition, the cleaning specialist is once again expanding its product portfolio and also increasing its production capacities.
By integrating Sporer PCS, Vapic from Neubulach in the Black Forest is strengthening its market position in the area of small and medium-sized aqueous cleaning systems. The move is in line with the company's aim of providing the right solution for different cleaning requirements. Sporer PCS in Saxony was insolvent after around ten years in business. The company will remain as Vapic Standort Vogtland and will be fully integrated into the structures of the Neubulach-based cleaning specialist.
Vapic wants to retain Sporer PCS
For Vapic Managing Director Samuel Wolf, the main focus of the takeover is to retain the former Sporer PCS: "From the outset, it was important to us to secure the jobs of the 20 employees and to make a clear commitment to Germany as a business location. In addition, we want to continue to make Sporer's proven products available to the market," he emphasizes. At the same time, he emphasizes the strategic importance of the acquisition: "Sporer has a high level of technical expertise and solutions that complement our existing range in a meaningful way." By taking over the experienced team, Vapic will benefit from this expertise. "We are delighted to have gained a competent and experienced site manager in Michael Schmetzer. We want to continue to build on these strengths and not lose them." Michael Schmetzer, former Managing Director of Sporer GmbH, also sees the takeover as forward-looking: "The last few years have been challenging. This makes it all the more important to have found a partner in Vapic who recognizes the substance of the company and will continue it. For employees and customers, this means continuity and a reliable perspective."
Vapic portfolio expanded to include compact cleaning systems
By merging with Sporer, Vapic is specifically expanding its service portfolio to include compact cleaning systems for manual cleaning and maintenance, such as those used in automotive workshops and in maintenance and industrial operations. In May 2025, Vapic had already integrated the Bous brand, whose systems specialize in the cleaning of pipes and hoses. With these strategic expansions, Vapic will position itself with a broad range of products and services in the future. This ranges from customized chamber and continuous cleaning systems - aqueous, solvent-based or combined - to flooding, spraying, immersion and ultrasonic systems through to manual workstations such as brush washing tables, top and front loaders, lifting immersion systems and Powerbox high-pressure cleaning cabins, including the appropriate cleaning chemicals. Contract cleaning is another important component of the family-owned company's range of services, which will also be offered in the new federal states in the future. The integration of Sporer into the Vapic structures is taking place step by step according to a carefully developed phased plan. The aim is to harmonize processes, teams and technologies and ensure a stable transition for customers and employees.
