QIB Trainee Award 2025 "Everyone Needs Powder Award"
The "Everyone Needs Powder" apprentice award will once again be presented by the Qualitätsgemeinschaft Industriebeschichtung e. V. (QIB) in 2025. The QIB would once again like to recognize the best trainees in the profession of process mechanic for coating technology with a focus on powder coating.
The Everyone Needs Powder Award is intended to emphasize the importance and appreciation of training in powder coating. After all, trainees are the future specialists who form the basis for quality and thus for the future of the company. All trainees who have successfully completed (or will successfully complete) their training since the last Praxisforum Industriebeschichtung (PIB) can take part. Membership of the training company in the QIB is not of interest here, only the qualification of the graduate counts.
Application for the Everyone Needs Powder Award is now open
Applications can be submitted until October 17, 2025. Please submit your CV, final certificate, half-year report, documentation of the final thesis as a PDF and a brief description of the training company with eight to ten pictures by email to info@qib-online.com. An expert jury will select the best work from all applications. The award ceremony will take place as part of the Praxisforum Industriebeschichtung on November 13 and 14, 2025 in Wetzlar. The winners will be informed in advance and invited to the 2025 Practice Forum (including overnight stay).
