The new WMV technical center combines modern process technology with digital process intelligence and enables realistic tests for cleaning and coating. The optimized system architecture increases quality and productivity and accelerates the development of market-ready solutions.
The new WMV technical center takes the surface treatment of bulk goods to a new level: innovative process technologies and modern design ensure improved product quality - in the shortest possible time. New cleaning and coating stations provide additional testing options. The combination of test facilities and an AI-based software tool allows processes to be optimized in a targeted manner and energy management in industrial applications to be improved in the long term. "The pilot plant is more than just a facelift of the previous test facility. For the cross-process design, we have tackled every screw, involved long-standing partners and developed future-proof solutions: Processes will become more effective, quality will improve - and productivity will increase," explains Martin Müller, CEO of WMV.
