Kaeser at Achema with trend-setting compressed air solutions
At Achema 2024, Kaeser Kompressoren will be showcasing efficient compressed air systems and sustainable technologies for the compressed air supply of tomorrow.
With the new oil-free screw compressors from the CSG series, Kaeser is presenting future-proof solutions for the highest industry standards of class 0 at Achema 2024. Kaeser is also setting new standards in terms of product safety, quality, hygiene and process reliability with ISO 22000 certification. The water-cooled CSG with i.HOC and integrated heat recovery uses the heat generated by the compressor twice, making it particularly economical and sustainable.
According to Kaeser, the EBS and GBS series screw blowers also set new standards in terms of energy savings and space requirements. As a complete solution with power electronics and system control, the blowers can be commissioned quickly and cost-effectively. Another focus is on the Sigma Air Manager 4.0 compressed air management system. The intelligent control system manages the operation of several blowers and compressors with unprecedented efficiency. Thanks to this networking, comprehensive monitoring and energy management as well as predictive maintenance are possible.
