Kaeser Compressors at EMO 2023

Whether oil-lubricated or oil-free compression. Kaeser Kompressoren has solutions for every industrial compressed air generation. The new compressors of the CSD/CSDX and CSG series will show how it's done at the EMO 2023 trade fair.
This year, Kaeser's presence at EMO (Hall 12, Booth A20) will focus on the CSD/CSDX and oil-free CSG series screw compressors and the Aquamat i.CF condensate conditioner. The most important highlight of the compressors is their lower energy and space requirements, which are the result of several ingenious technical solutions. According to the manufacturer, both series score with the best possible energy efficiency classes due to the drive with state-of-the-art synchronous reluctance motors and an optimal arrangement of the components, which result in particularly low pressure losses at the unit. This lowers energy costs and reduces the CO2 footprint, among other benefits. The CSG series enables highly efficient compressed air generation in a footprint that is simultaneously 19 percent smaller than its predecessor. Models are available air- or water-cooled, with integrated refrigeration dryer or i.HOC, and for flow rates from 4 to 15 m³/min. Speed-controlled "SFC" versions are available for applications with fluctuating compressed air requirements. Kaeser is known for its high-quality, durable, compressor blocks with the efficient Sigma profile. These are now also installed in the CSG series. The rotors are coated with an in-house developed PEEK coating that is highly wear-resistant and double-fired at over 400 degrees Celsius. This ensures lasting efficiency. In addition, the innovative PEEK coating is excellently adapted to the requirements of the pharmaceutical and food industries. It is biocompatible, FDA certified and meets the requirements for food contact materials in Europe. Kaeser Compressors is redefining condensate treatment with the intelligent Aquamat i.CF. The oil-water separator is available for delivery rates of up to 90 m³/min and for the first time features the internal Aquamat Control control system. It takes over active process control and makes maintenance work plannable, safe and environmentally friendly. All Kaeser screw compressors score when it comes to sustainability. They operate highly economically and they are produced in Germany under the strictest quality requirements and standards. They are extremely durable and can provide many decades of service in a plant. Should they need to be replaced or exchanged at some point, the majority of the components and parts they are made of are recyclable.
