Kaeser at Hannover Messe 2023: Innovative and sustainable compressed air systems
As a compressed air system supplier, Kaeser has solutions for every industrial compressed air need. Since 1954, the Hannover Messe, as the leading industrial trade fair for Kaeser compressors, has played a major role in the launch of new products, and this will also be the case in 2023.
The Hannover Messe is celebrating its 75th anniversary and Kaeser Kompressoren has been present since 1954. This year, the special focus of Kaeser Kompressoren's trade fair presence will be on the CSD/CSDX and oil-free CSG series screw compressors and the Aquamat i.CF condensate conditioner. The most important highlight of the compressors is their lower energy and space requirements, which are based on several sophisticated technical solutions. Both series score with the best possible energy efficiency classes due to the drive with state-of-the-art synchronous reluctance motors and an optimal arrangement of the components, which result in particularly low pressure losses at the unit. This lowers energy costs and reduces the CO2 footprint, among other things. The CSG series presents itself with a newly developed compressor block with optimized sigma profile and innovative jacket cooling of the compressor housing. This results in an extraordinary efficiency improvement of the compressor unit.
With the intelligent Aquamat i.CF, Kaeser Compressors is redefining condensate treatment. The oil-water separator is available for delivery rates of up to 90 m³/min and for the first time features the internal Aquamat Control control system. It takes over active process control and makes maintenance work plannable, safe and environmentally friendly. All Kaeser screw compressors score when it comes to sustainability. They operate highly economically and they are produced in Germany under the strictest quality requirements and standards. They are extremely durable and can provide many decades of service in a plant. Should they need to be replaced or exchanged at some point, the majority of the components and parts they are made of are recyclable. When it comes to compressed air supplies, Kaeser is a plus in terms of the environment and nature. They can be seen at the Hannover Messe in Hall 4, Booth 12 and on the open-air site Booth F 159.
