At Innotrans 2026, Henkel will showcase adhesive, sealant, and coating solutions for rail vehicles. The focus will be on new silane-modified polymers as well as solutions for manufacturing, maintenance, and repair.

At the InnoTrans 2026 trade show, Henkel will present its portfolio for the rail industry in Hall 8.2, Booth 385. Under the motto “Your Partner from Design to Maintenance,” the company will showcase solutions for the entire life cycle of rail vehicles—from development and manufacturing to maintenance, repair, and servicing. The materials and services are designed to make applications safer, more durable, and more efficient, while also addressing increasing demands for sustainability and regulatory compliance. A key focus is on Henkel’s portfolio of silane-modified polymers (SMP). New products being introduced include Teroson MS 949 FR, a flame-retardant sealant, and Teroson MS 940, an adhesive and sealant for demanding applications. The offering is complemented by Loctite NEO, a solution for debonding, and the Soho DM90 dispensing system.

Henkel Adhesive Technology: From Development to Production

In addition to the materials, Henkel is showcasing its technical services. At the Application Engineering Centers, customer applications can be analyzed in hands-on workshops, solutions validated, and potential sources of error investigated. The Manufacturing Excellence Program focuses directly on production processes. Together with customers, the goal is to identify opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce scrap and waste, and optimize resource usage. Guillaume Sandoz, Global Application Engineer Expert Rail, and Dimitri Clément, Global Key Account Manager Rail, will provide further insights into current adhesive, sealant, and coating technologies during an English-language presentation on September 23 at 10 a.m. In a presentation titled “Adhesives, Sealants, and Coatings: Paving the Way for a Safe and Sustainable Future,” the two European Adhesive Engineers will present the latest developments for the rail industry.
