The Dürr Group has achieved the highest category, platinum status, in the latest EcoVadis sustainability rating. This puts the mechanical and plant engineering company in the top 1% of all companies assessed.

With 85 out of a possible 100 points, Dürr not only improved on the previous year (79 points, gold status) in the EcoVadis sustainability rating, but also achieved its highest score to date. The decisive factors were progress in the assessment categories of environment, labor and human rights, and ethics. This was primarily the result of more transparent sustainability reporting and a higher level of certification for environmental, energy and occupational safety standards.

Dürr further reduces greenhouse gas emissions

Dr. Jochen Weyrauch, CEO of Dürr AG: "Sustainability is firmly anchored in our business activities. This is also reflected in our products, processes and decisions. For example, we take measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions at our sites and develop energy-efficient, sustainable technologies for our customers. The platinum award in the EcoVadis rating is a confirmation of our commitment to date and at the same time an incentive to consistently pursue our sustainability goals." Among other things, Dürr aims to reduce its total greenhouse gas emissions by a further 30% by 2035 compared to 2024. This corresponds to a reduction of around 1.8 million tons to 4.2 million tons.
