Dürr EcoGun ACE pro improves industrial paint application
Dürr's completely redesigned EcoGun ACE Pro is lighter, more ergonomic and requires fewer parts. The new design of the low-pressure paint spray gun simplifies handling and increases operational safety.
The EcoGun ACE Pro low-pressure paint spray gun from Dürr builds on the proven strengths of its predecessor and is 23% lighter. The quick-change system for the paint channel enables color changes in just a few seconds, without flushing and virtually without solvents. The quick-change nozzle inserts support a clean spray pattern, high application efficiency and reliable results with small batches or frequently changing colors - from the automotive sector to wood applications to yacht and boat building. Dürr has noticeably improved the operation of the gun. Larger, haptically optimized adjustment elements facilitate control. A new rotary knob replaces the previous lever for spray air regulation. It prevents accidental adjustment and can be closed completely if required. The optimized air valve allows the pressure to be safely adjusted at the first trigger pull.
Low-pressure guns with robust industrial quality
The EcoGun ACE Pro comes with just four air cap variants. Two conventional and two LVLP air caps cover all diameters from 1.2 to 2.5 millimetres for seven different nozzle sizes. This simplifies stock-keeping and reduces the risk of confusion. The air cap and union nut remain connected when disassembled. This makes handling easier and avoids loose components. Visually, the Dürr EcoGun ACE Pro sets a clear accent: the housing appears in the new bronze color, the operating elements in black. The design signals the generation change without changing the proven system principle. Dürr is thus consistently continuing the line of its low-pressure guns with robust industrial quality, precise spray pattern and fast color change with a plus in ergonomics and economy.
