QIB Practice Forum Industrial Coating 2025: Call for Papers
The next QIB Industrial Coating Practice Forum will take place on November 13 & 14, 2025 in Wetzlar. The association is therefore issuing a call for papers with immediate effect; proposals for presentations can be submitted.
The Quality Association for Industrial Coating (QIB) will once again offer a stimulating mix of presentations on current topics and personal exchange at the Industrial Coating Practice Forum 2025 (PIB). To this end, the QIB is still looking for interesting coating-related topics. We are therefore looking forward to receiving suggestions for a varied lecture program. These should be submitted promptly and include a working title, possible speakers and a brief description of the content. Even if you do not wish to give a lecture yourself, you can let the QIB know which topics are of interest to you as a coater. Suggested topics will then be taken on board and an attempt will be made to find a suitable speaker. As every year, it is also possible to support the PIB with a sponsorship. The fee for sponsoring is a flat rate of €120 (plus VAT). QIB members can sponsor for as little as €100.
Powder Award at the Industrial Coating Practice Forum 2025
Once again this year, the QIB would like to recognize the best trainees in the profession of process mechanic for coating technology with a focus on powder coating. This award is intended to emphasize the importance and appreciation of training. All trainees who have successfully completed their training since the last PIB or will complete their training are eligible to take part. Membership of the training company in the QIB is not of interest here, only the qualification of the graduate counts.
