QIB Industrial Coating Practice Forum 2024 in Wetzlar
The Praxisforum Industriebeschichtung 2024 (PIB) will take place on November 14/15 in the Stadthalle Wetzlar. The event of the Qualitätsgemeinschaft Industriebeschichtung e. V. (QIB) will once again offer a varied program of lectures for coaters.
Preparations for the QIB's 12th Industrial Coating Practice Forum 2024 are in full swing. Once again this year, participants can expect a varied lecture program with topics that are constantly on the minds of coaters: Maintenance for quality assurance, optimization of various process stages and new developments. The first results of the "Blasting" working group will also be presented. A special item on the program will be the live podcast on "Fables, legends and esotericism from the field of industrial coating technology".
As every year, the "Everyone Needs Powder Award" will be presented, which recognizes trainees for their special achievements during their training - because good quality can only be produced with sound specialist knowledge. Anyone who has successfully completed their training as a process mechanic for coating technology with a focus on powder coating since the last PIB can apply. In addition to free participation in the PIB, the winners will receive a trophy and prize money. Details about the Pulveraward can be found on the homepage. The accompanying exhibition at the Industrial Coating Practice Forum and the Coaters' Meeting on Thursday evening will once again offer many opportunities for professional and personal exchange, which is at the heart of the PIB - true to the motto "By practitioners - for practitioners".
