From September 10 to 14, 2024, Messe Stuttgart will once again be the focal point of the metalworking industry: AMB - International Exhibition for Metalworking - will open its doors.

At the AMB 2024 trade fair, the world's leading manufacturers of metal-cutting machine tools and precision tools and all those involved in the process chain will show what they have to offer. Whether for mechanical engineering, the automotive and vehicle industry, medical technology, tool and mold making, aerospace or the general metalworking and processing industry - all users in the metal cutting sector will find an attractive range of innovations and technologies at the packed Stuttgart exhibition grounds. These include modern machine tools and production systems, their control systems, drives and CAD/CAM, comprehensive automation solutions, the associated measurement technology and Industry 4.0 solutions, collaborative robotics and even artificial intelligence. Sebastian Schmid, Member of the Management Board of Messe Stuttgart, emphasizes: "The industry is currently facing a number of challenges. Only those who continue to develop and stay on the ball will be successful in the market. This is all the more true in the current situation. AMB 2024 presents a broad spectrum of exhibitors from various segments of the metalworking industry. From major international corporations to small and medium-sized companies, hidden champions and start-ups, visitors will gain a comprehensive overview of the current status and performance of the industry.Not only is it easy and convenient to travel to the Stuttgart exhibition grounds, but also to visit the trade fair: The exhibition areas of machine tools and production systems, precision tools, metrology and quality assurance, software and digitalization, automation and handling technology through to the associated peripherals are arranged thematically on the 120,000 square metre exhibition grounds, making it possible to visit the trade fair in one day. A special highlight is the presentation of the AMB Award, which recognizes the creativity and engineering skills of the exhibitors. The independent jury of experts honors new and further developments that represent significant added value for the industry. In addition, the AMB 2024 supporting program offers numerous opportunities for exchange and networking.
