Dörken Days 2024 with around 200 visitors
This year's Dörken Days took place on November 7, 2024. A total of around 200 people accepted Dörken's invitation to find out in detail about the latest developments and topics in the industry.
For over ten years now, customers, market partners and corrosion experts from the entire value chain have been meeting annually at the Dörken Days. Christos Tselebidis, Global Executive Vice President Industrial Coatings at Dörken, welcomed the guests to this year's meeting at the Atlantic Congress Hotel Essen and was impressed by the number of guests from different countries: from European countries, India and Vietnam to Korea and Taiwan. "Current megatrends and changes are challenging us," said Christos Tselebidis. "We can't change that. We can only learn to be flexible and find answers to them." It was therefore all the better that so many guests accepted Dörken's invitation to exchange ideas.
Throughout the day, Dörken employees and external partners provided exciting insights into current topics and trends. From sustainability and carbon footprint to PFAS and the use of artificial intelligence - the guests had plenty to talk about. After the interesting presentations, everyone went on to dinner together. Not only there, but also during the day between the presentations, the participants were able to make contacts and hold discussions. "An informative day lies behind us - and as always, it was a pleasure to welcome so many partners on site," summarizes Christos Tselebidis. "We would like to thank all participants for their interest and the speakers for their great and exciting presentations. We are already looking forward to the Dörken Days 2025."
