This is precisely where SurTec's high-purity cleaners come in: They combine maximum cleaning performance with a sophisticated chemical formulation that deliberately avoids critical elements such as phosphorus or silicon - so-called HIOs (Hydrogen Induced Outgassing), which are problematic in vacuum processes. SurTec's modular cleaning system allows the flexible combination of surfactant and builder components and is ideal for complex material composites such as aluminum, stainless steel, copper or nickel-plated surfaces. Especially in sensitive processes such as extreme ultraviolet lithography or scanning electron microscopy, they contribute to process reliability and analysis accuracy. SurTec low-temperature cleaner reduces energy consumption
How much CO₂ can be saved if the cleaning temperature is lowered by 30 °C? Practical answer: up to 87% of energy consumption! This is shown by current applications with the two-component system SurTec 531 and SurTec 081 as well as with the proven SurTec 041 LT. The energy-efficient formulations enable stable cleaning performance even at reduced process temperatures and thus make a concrete contribution to reducing industrial emissions. From dephosphating to heat treatment and anti-friction coating - SurTec also supports users in screw production with sophisticated cleaning systems. Particularly when processing stainless steel screws, targeted pre-treatments enable optimum adhesion of the subsequent bonded coating.
