Richard Geiss at Parts2clean 2025: All-round service for parts cleaning

Richard Geiss will be showcasing its latest innovations and tried-and-tested products at Parts2clean 2025. A special highlight at the trade fair stand (Hall 10, Stand C28): The solvent specialist is launching its own new brand.
"We have a few new products in store for Parts2clean: we will be presenting our new brand, which we will be using on the market in future. Visitors can look forward to this. We will also be presenting our new and sustainable Varibox safety container and we will be showing how we have expanded our expertise in the field of aqueous component cleaning at our stand," explains Bastian Geiss, Managing Partner of Richard Geiss GmbH. "As the leading international trade fair for industrial parts and surface cleaning, Parts2clean is the ideal platform for our trio of innovations." One highlight at the Geiss stand is the new Varibox. The solvent specialist's new container is 99% recyclable thanks to its robust mono-materials. As a double-walled safety container for modified alcohols and hydrocarbon solutions, the new Varibox 250 guarantees safe transportation and equally safe storage - without the need for safety drip pans (as reported by Oberfläche-Online).
Aqueous cleaning as a further mainstay at Richard Geiss
Richard Geiss GmbH is also expanding its portfolio by integrating N2J CleanTech GmbH, a specialist for professional contract cleaning based in Leipheim (Bavaria). With this addition, Richard Geiss GmbH is specifically expanding its expertise in the field of aqueous component cleaning and accompanying laboratory services for process and quality control. This strategic expansion forms the basis for close cooperation, which will open up a significantly broader range of services in the field of industrial cleaning for customers in the future. Customers of both companies will benefit from tailor-made solutions, combined expertise and comprehensive support - from cleaning processes to analytical validation in the in-house laboratory. "With N2J CleanTech GmbH, we have gained a highly specialized partner in the field of aqueous cleaning. The combination of our expertise makes it possible to offer individual and future-proof cleaning solutions for a wide range of industries without losing the independence of the brands," explains Bastian Geiss, Managing Partner of Richard Geiss GmbH and Managing Director of N2J CleanTech GmbH.
Sustainable solvents and contract cleaning at Parts2clean
Richard Geiss GmbH has been focusing on the sustainable approach of solvent recovery and recycling for decades. The company specializes in processing solvents and returning them to a functioning recycling system. The distillates achieve 100 percent of the original product quality and save a lot of CO2 emissions. "In the case of our perchloroethylene Geiss PER, the CO2 savings are even around 90 percent compared to virgin material," explains Bastian Geiss. Another topic at Richard Geiss' Parts2clean trade fair stand is the range of contract cleaning services at the company's headquarters in Offingen for the metalworking industry, such as automotive suppliers. Richard Geiss GmbH operates its own degreasing systems with high-purity recyclates that are 100 percent the same quality as the virgin material. Depending on the solvent, between 46 and 92 percent of CO2 emissions can be saved compared to the production of virgin material. Richard Geiss GmbH started providing contract degreasing services back in 2012, followed by a new investment of over two million euros in an 800 m2 hall and a new high-end degreasing system in 2016. Since then, this new business area has boomed so much that the company commissioned an additional parts cleaning system in 2019.
