Wagner sells its bonding and sealing division to Carlisle Fluid Technologies. The Wagner Group will increasingly focus on the core area of surface coating and finishing.
The sale of Wagner's bonding and sealing division concerns the Kierspe-based subsidiary Reinhardt-Technik GmbH, in which this division is bundled. Reinhardt-Technik GmbH was part of the Wagner Group for twelve years.
In future, the division will become part of the Carlisle Fluid Technologies Group and is thus well positioned for further successful growth. The Wagner Group, a leader in innovative equipment and systems for surface coating, intends to focus on its core area of surface coating in the future.
