Wagner at PaintExpo 2024: Sustainable and smart coating solutions
At PaintExpo 2024, Wagner is placing a major focus on saving solvents, materials and energy in its product range. The products and systems also increase productivity in the coating process thanks to their simple operation and optimized process control.
The manual and automatic wet paint guns from Wagner are characterized by high application efficiency and economical use of materials. The new high-rotation atomizers for solvent-based and water-based paints play a major role in the implementation of highly automated wet paint systems and robot solutions. This development is supported by updates in the control technology. The rinsing capability of the wet paint pumps has been significantly improved - for example, the Cobra high-pressure double diaphragm pump has been optimized in such a way that the required volume of rinsing agent and the colour change time have been significantly reduced. The Wagner subsidiary, Walther Spritz- und Lackiersysteme GmbH (known under the "Walther Pilot" brand), will be represented at the PaintExpo stand with product highlights in the field of material preparation and application technology.
In the field of powder coating, efficiency and automation will be the focus of the PaintExpo trade fair presence. In the manual coating area, the focus will be on how assistance functions can help even inexperienced personnel to carry out coating tasks in line with requirements. In the automatic area, visitors will experience a new dimension of process reliability and how the path to fully automated coating can be easily mastered with axis and robot technology. The PaintExpo presentation will be rounded off by exciting field reports on analog and digital services, including the Coatify information & management platform, Service App or Online Academy as part of the wide range of training courses offered by the Wagner Academy.
