Supfina showcases further developed Supfina LCM at AMB 2024
At AMB 2024, Supfina will be presenting the enhanced Supfina LCM at Stand B82 in Hall 5, which impresses with its flexibility and cost-effectiveness in superfinishing.
With the LCM, Supfina offers a versatile solution for numerous superfinishing applications, ideal for small and medium-sized series. The modular system meets the highest requirements for quality and process reliability and is particularly suitable for the automotive, supplier, hydraulics, aerospace, power generation, medical technology and mechanical engineering industries. The Supfina LCM is available in different models: The LCM 800 with center width 40 - 800 mm, workpiece diameter up to 250 mm and up to 6 superfinishing devices as well as LCM 1500 with center width up to 1500 mm, workpiece diameter up to 250 mm and up to 8 superfinishing devices. In addition to superfinishing with belt or stone, this machine also supports brushing and polishing processes. Optional NC axes for device positioning and / or center width adjustment simplify set-up and different loading systems guarantee easy integration into production.
The Supfina LCM enables machining between centers or centerless, from simple to complex workpieces. These include most types of shafts, racks and sophisticated spherical components. With the crank attachment, even connecting rod bearings of eccentric and smaller crankshafts can be finished. Supfina's latest technologies and innovations will also be in the spotlight at AMB: the autonomous production of the Race Modular and the economical grinding of coated brake discs with the Planet BD. Visitors to the Supfina stand at AMB 2024 in Stuttgart (September 10 to 14, 2024) can experience the Supfina LCM live in action.
