At the upcoming DeburringExpo 2023, Supfina will introduce its new and compact Supfina Fact belt finishing attachment. The device can eliminate the need for a separate external or internal grinding process.

The new Supfina Fact belt finishing attachment is particularly small and compact, making it ideal for use in turret lathes. The surface qualities achieved are significantly higher than with normal turning and thus meet even the highest surface finish requirements. The new development eliminates the need for a separate external or in-house grinding process.

The drive for oscillation and belt feed is provided by a central drive from the turret of the lathe. Flushing via the turret to the pressure roller eliminates the need for additional media connections. The unit can be adapted to different turret systems. A special gearbox allows oscillation shutdown for twist-free machining. The Supfina Fact is capable of machining very hard materials and coatings with diamond superfinishing tape. Supfina can be found at DeburringExpo in booth 401.
