Metrohm Germany changes its name
As of July 1, 2024, Deutsche Metrohm Prozessanalytik GmbH & Co. KG and Deutsche Metrohm GmbH & Co. KG will merge. In the course of a universal succession, all contractual relationships will be transferred to Deutsche Metrohm GmbH & Co. KG as part of a universal succession.
According to Metrohm, the merger of Deutsche Metrohm Prozessanalytik and Deutsche Metrohm enables the company to efficiently bundle its expertise and resources and thus further strengthen its performance. This measure underlines their efforts to continue offering customers first-class products and services in the future.
At the same time, Methrom has announced that Deutsche Metrohm GmbH & Co KG will be given a new name as part of this merger. In future it will operate under the name Metrohm Deutschland GmbH & Co KG. This name change reflects the future-oriented alignment. Methrom emphasizes that the contractual relationship with customers and suppliers will not change as a result of this merger.
