Hönle at ECS 2025 with curing and drying systems
At the European Coatings Show 2025 (ECS), the Hönle Curing Business Unit will be presenting curing and drying systems that are used in the laboratory, in the technical center and in production. These include a world first: a continuous measuring system for measuring the UV dose during the process.
At the European Coatings Show 2025, Hönle will be presenting the world's first UV Scan MACS with patented measurement technology. The continuous measuring system measures the UV dose during the process and delivers exact, reproducible measurement results, even on vertical webs and in roller applications. The UV Scan MACS combines maximum precision with maximum user-friendliness. This is because it is essential to carry out regular tests during the coating process in order to achieve the desired result in the long term.
Drying and curing devices for laboratory and manual production
The Hönle product portfolio includes reliable systems for use in the laboratory or for manual production, even in the clean room: For the development of coatings, inks and adhesives, but also for the simulation of production processes, Hönle offers systems with conveyor belts that are individually manufactured for the customer's requirements in terms of belt width and running speed. In addition, the conveyors can be flexibly equipped with different technologies: depending on the application, LED UV, UV or IR systems can be easily integrated and combined. The LED Cube 100 is a compact LED UV irradiation chamber. By using different LED UV devices, its emission spectrum can be adapted to a wide range of applications. The arrangement of the LEDs and electronic power control ensure high-intensity, homogeneous light distribution in the chamber interior.
Full range of drying and curing systems at the ECS
The LED Powerline product series from Hönle is available in numerous variants. Ideally matched to the respective application, it is available in different wavelengths and as an air- or water-cooled version. Their design ranges from light and compact to emitter sections > 2 m with a gapless assembly. The correct curing or drying process is an essential part of any coating or finishing process. No matter what material is involved or whether web-shaped or three-dimensional objects are involved: Hönle offers the best solution for curing coatings, paints, adhesives or silicones efficiently and reliably. The prerequisite for a first-class result and an efficient process is the optimal coordination of coating material and curing system. Hönle accompanies its customers from the very beginning: from individual consultation and preliminary tests in its own application laboratory or at the customer's premises to individual solutions and finally after-sales support.
