Dr. Hönle presents curing and drying systems at ECS 2023

Dr. Hönle AG will be exhibiting a wide range of curing and drying systems for inks, coatings, adhesives and silicones at the European Coatings Show 2023 in Hall 4, Stand 539. The UV specialist also offers customized conveyor belts for laboratory and small-scale production, as well as UV measuring equipment for optimum curing results. The flexible ConVey II UV conveyor belt is suitable for the development of coatings, inks and adhesives, but also for the simulation of production processes. This conveyor belt system can be individually manufactured to meet customer requirements in terms of belt width and running speed. In addition, the conveyor can be flexibly equipped with different technologies: depending on the application, LED UV, UV or even IR systems can be integrated very easily. The LED Cube 100 is a compact LED UV irradiation chamber. By using different LED emitter parts, its emission spectrum can be adapted to the most diverse applications. The LED arrangement and an electronic power control ensure a high-intensity, homogeneous light distribution inside the chamber.

The LED Powerline product series is available in numerous variants. Ideally matched to the respective application, it is available in different wavelengths and as air- or water-cooled versions. Their design ranges from light and compact to emitter sections > 2 m with a gapless assembly. The high-performance dryers of the jetCURE series are effective in every respect. This product family is available as a classic UV version with mercury, iron or gallium spectrum, as well as an LED version in different wavelengths. Another member of the product family is the jetCURE IR. This compact and powerful IR/hot air module has an integrated extraction of the humid hot air from the drying area. By simply replacing the IR emitter, it enables the generation of different wavelengths. Compact design for even larger irradiation areas: Hönle's LED Spot range has a new addition in the form of the LED Spot 200 IC. With a light emission window of approximately 200 x 50 cm, it enables homogeneous, high-intensity UV irradiation of larger areas. Available in different wavelengths and as a high power version. In addition, Hönle offers professional measuring equipment for production or laboratory use.
