Helmut Fischer at the Battery Show Europe 2025
At the Battery Show Europe 2025, Helmut Fischer GmbH will be presenting itself as a competent provider of solutions for coating thickness measurement and material analysis. From June 3 to 5, everything at the trade fair will revolve around advanced battery and H/EV technologies.
Helmut Fischer GmbH will be presenting high-precision measurement technology at the Battery Show Europe 2025 in Stuttgart: from compact handheld devices to high-end X-ray fluorescence systems, Helmut Fischer will be showcasing the entire range of modern measurement and testing technology at the trade fair. The focus will be on coating thickness measurement - for example for paints, galvanic coatings, anodized or pre-treated surfaces. The portfolio is supplemented by individually adaptable, automated testing solutions for material analysis, which are particularly suitable for safety-critical components, fuel cells and batteries.
Coating thickness measurement in battery production
The versatile devices in the DMP series are available for maximum flexibility in coating thickness measurement. These compact all-rounders impress with their robust, modern design, digital probes and intuitive Tactile Suite software. The portfolio at the trade fair will be complemented by other handheld devices for a wide range of measuring and testing tasks - including the Dualscope FMP100 and the Sigmascope SMP350. In the field of X-ray fluorescence, Helmut Fischer GmbH will be exhibiting the Fischerscope X-RAY XDAL 237 SDD, a powerful XRF spectrometer for particularly precise measurements of thin or very thin layers below 0.05 μm. The experts from Fischer will be available for personal consultations in Hall 4, Stand 4-B56.
