Helmut Fischer takes over Phototherm Dr. Petry GmbH

Helmut Fischer GmbH has successfully taken over the insolvent measurement technology specialist Phototherm Dr. Petry GmbH as an investor following the opening of insolvency proceedings. As a new member of the Helmut Fischer Group, the company, now operating under the name Phototherm GmbH, can now benefit in particular from Fischer's global sales network and broad application expertise.

"We see great advantages in Phototherm's technology and in the expertise of our new colleagues, who have extensive experience in a wide range of different applications," explains Dr. Martin Leibfritz, Managing Director of Helmut Fischer GmbH. Berndt Kautter, until recently Managing Director and now Head of Operations at Phototherm, is also relieved: "Now we can clearly look to the future again with a strong, international partner."
