Helmut Fischer at PaintExpo 2024: Measuring technology for quality assurance

Helmut Fischer GmbH will be showcasing its comprehensive product portfolio at PaintExpo 2024. The full-service provider of innovative measurement technology for the quality assurance of paint and lacquer surfaces will be advising users on their measurement tasks at the trade fair for industrial paint technology.
At PaintExpo, the world's leading trade fair for industrial painting technology, Helmut Fischer will be presenting a wide range of devices for coating thickness measurement, material analysis, hardness measurement and material testing of paint and lacquer surfaces. There will be a particular focus on the new DMP series: with the devices launched on the market in 2023, Helmut Fischer is setting an exclamation mark in tactile and non-destructive coating thickness measurement of ferrous and non-ferrous base materials. The handy DMP devices from the measurement technology specialist based in Sindelfingen, Germany, impress with their robust and modern design, simple operation and new software for comprehensive reporting and evaluation. The measuring devices offer much more: all-aluminum housing with IP64, scratch-resistant Gorilla Glass, limit value monitoring via light, sound and vibration, replaceable and quickly rechargeable battery or simple data transfer via USB-C and Bluetooth.
The Dualscope, Deltascope and Isoscope models are specialists for almost every measurement requirement in the paint and coatings industry as well as numerous other industries and deliver the most accurate and reliable measurement results even with very thin coatings, in hard-to-reach measuring positions or on uneven surfaces. In addition, all DMP devices are available with the new digital probes from Fischer. Users can continue to use the analog probes and thus benefit from the largest probe portfolio on the market. Interested parties can test all devices, probes and software extensively at the Fischer stand and see for themselves on site. Fischer experts will be on hand to provide advice and users can find out all about the different measurement solutions and the various measurement methods and areas of application for the new DMP series.
