Supfina with new RaceX superfinishing machine

Supfina presented the RaceX, a completely newly developed superfinishing machine for rolling bearing rings, at EMO 2025. The response from customers and trade visitors in Hanover to the modular concept was positive.
The machining of rolling bearing rings places the highest demands on surface quality and dimensional accuracy. The RaceX from Supfina was developed to meet these requirements in full and at the same time fulfill them more economically. By reducing non-productive times, the system achieves significantly shorter cycle times and thus increases productivity. The special feature of the RaceX is its consistently modular design: depending on requirements, several modules can be combined, with each module being able to accommodate up to four superfinishing functions. This allows the machine to grow in line with production requirements, even retrospectively, through simple expansion. This keeps the investment safe and flexible in the long term.
Modular superfinishing for maximum efficiency
In addition to high precision, the RaceX impresses with its compact footprint, fast set-up and overall cost-efficient design. This means that the machine can be easily integrated into existing production lines. With the new RaceX, Supfina is underlining its role as a technology leader in the superfinishing sector. The machine offers a combination of precision, flexibility and cost-effectiveness that is unique in this form - and makes "superfinishing without limits" a reality.
