Sata takes over the Dan-Am Company
Sata GmbH & Co. KG has signed a joint agreement for the acquisition of Dan-Am Company in Spring Valley, Minnesota, USA, by Sata USA Inc, a subsidiary of Sata GmbH & Co. KG, has signed the agreement. Sata and Dan-Am have a decades-long history of successful cooperation.
The acquisition of Dan-Am Company, a renowned company with a long history of success in the
distribution of Sata products in the USA and Puerto Rico, represents a significant milestone for Sata as one of the world's leading wet paint application companies. It is part of the company's strategic growth initiatives to strengthen its presence in the North American market and expand its product portfolio, according to the company. The closing of this transaction is planned for March 1, 2024. "We are excited about this new chapter in the history of Dan-Am and Sata and believe this acquisition will allow us to continue to provide our trade partners and customers in the U.S. and Puerto Rico with the best painting tools and outstanding service they know and love from Sata and Dan-Am now and in the future," says Mike Carlos Wolf, Managing Director of Sata GmbH & Co KG.
